Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Digital Oasys Technologies FZ-LLC. ("Company” “we,” or “us”), makers of the Komut software platform By accessing or using Komut, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

2. Service Description

Komut is a route-based ride coordination platform that helps users discover and connect with others traveling similar routes. Komut does not provide transportation services directly.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including unlawful conduct, harassment, fraudulent activity, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt platform operations.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Fees and Credits

Certain features may require credits or payment. Pricing, credits, and billing rules are shown in-app and may be updated from time to time.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Oasys Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or where required to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
